An important part of LIathletics.com is the Speed, Strength, and Conditioning department of the Training section.  The program's base is geared towards helping each visiting athlete achieve a high level of athletic development and injury prevention.  By offering information on how the components of speed, strength, and conditioning fit together, athletes can understand how to maximize power as it applies to their specific sports.  This includes the enhancement of speed, strength, agility, and flexibility, which results in improved power.  Motivating, informing, and helping to reach maximum athletic development is the primary focus of the LIathletics.com Training section.
